Mentoring commission, working with emerging artists in the East of England region.
With the support of Commissions East, David Cotterrell participated in a pilot mentoring scheme. Over an eighteen month period, he worked with new-media artists, Rob Smith and Olga Jurgenson to support the development and promotion of their practises.
