The show opened on Friday August 4th with an accordion hootenanny by ‘Silky Toss’ of Breman, Germany in her Wild West performance Persona. The next afternoon artist talks by Silke Thoss who used her legal name in this formal presentation, and by Sara Björnsdöttir of Iceland, helped create ‘the buzz’ that something, challenging, amusing and yet serious was taking place at the CVAG....
